Ethically Sourced

We are committed to sustainability and ethical sourcing practices. Our vanilla beans are carefully cultivated by local farmers who follow traditional and environmentally friendly farming techniques. By supporting us, you contribute to the well-being of both the farmers and the environment.

Vanilla planifolia – the global reference

Vanilla planifolia is the Bourbon-type bean and the global reference for vanilla flavour: rich, creamy, sweet and warmly aromatic, with a vanillin level that holds up under heat. A well-cured bean is plump, oily and intensely fragrant.

Our premium Vanilla Beans Planifolia are hand-selected, processed in a closed clean-room system and packed in 1 kg vacuum-sealed units.

1. GREEN HOUSE

Where Tradition Meets Controlled Curing

Vanilla drying trays in a solar greenhouse

A protected curing process, developed with care.

Inside a clean, climate-managed solar greenhouse, we harness steady ambient heat while protecting every single bean from outdoor contaminants.

From Green Vanilla to Rich, Aromatic Bean

Vanilla has traditionally been cured and dried in open-air environments, where the beans are naturally exposed to changing weather and surrounding conditions. Most vanilla beans around the world are laid out on open ground or open patios to dry under direct, unpredictable sunlight. While traditional, open-air drying leaves beans exposed to rain, wind-borne dust, and pests.

The Greenhouse Difference: Why Closed Curing Matters

We have developed a different approach. Our vanilla beans undergo a closed greenhouse solar-curing process. Unlike traditional open-air drying, our beans are cured and dried in an enclosed greenhouse environment, creating a protected space for this delicate transformation. This gives us greater control over the environment in which the vanilla is cured. It undergoes a carefully managed curing process designed to transform the fresh beans into the dark, supple and aromatic vanilla sought after by chefs, pastry makers and food producers. The result is vanilla shaped not only by its origin, but by the care taken throughout its journey.

Why Our Drying Process Is Different

Protected from the open environment

The beans are dried inside an enclosed greenhouse rather than being exposed directly to the outdoor environment.

Natural drying environment

The greenhouse allows us to use natural environmental conditions while providing a protected space for the curing process.

A cleaner drying environment

Keeping the beans inside an enclosed space helps reduce exposure to dust, insects, rain, and other outdoor elements.

Greater process consistency

An enclosed drying area allows us to monitor the conditions more carefully throughout the curing process.

Traditional craft, refined with innovation

We combine the traditional art of vanilla curing with a more protected and carefully managed drying environment.

2. From Farmer to Customer

We believe great vanilla starts with a strong connection to the farmer. By working directly with our farming partners and supplying customers across Sweden and Europe, we keep the journey simple, transparent, and competitively priced.

HACCP-Compliant Quality Assurance

Our premium Planifolia vanilla beans and powder are processed, cured, and handled under strict HACCP-based food safety controls, meeting EU food safety requirements.

Testing and Quality Documentation

To support quality assurance and transparency, our vanilla products are accompanied by Certificates of Analysis (COAs), providing documented laboratory results for relevant quality and safety parameters, including moisture content, chemical composition, and contaminant testing. These analyses help verify product specifications and confirm that tested samples meet applicable limits for contaminants, supporting the purity, safety, and consistency of our vanilla products

We believe premium vanilla should not only deliver exceptional aroma and flavor—it should also meet high standards for food safety, quality, and transparency.
